The
Laser Engineering training team has over 20 years of experience
assisting customers in becoming completely proficient operating
lasers in the OR. We offer a full line of customized training
products and services designed to rapidly train the entire
staff and to integrate a new laser with existing OR equipment.
In
Service Training
Complete inservice Training is provided at the time of
installation. A clinical specialist will serve as proctor for
initial surgeries performed with the laser. We conduct in depth
training on the Ultra™ MD laser operation, including
operational controls, accessory assembly and care, safety
review, systems testing, cleaning, storage, and documentation.
Additional consultation is available for any laser related
applications or accessories provided. Our goal is assuring that
you are proficient in the safe use of the laser quickly and
comfortably.
Laser
Nurse and Laser Safety Officer Training
Laser Engineering offers
Laser Nurse and Laser Safety Officer training. The training
program consist of 8 hours of lecture and skill labs of
aesthetic & surgical laser safety training. This program
will be conducted at your facility utilizing your equipment.
The program offers a flexible structure to fit your needs.
Training program highlights include:
- Policies and
procedures review and update
- Establish an
ongoing in-house inservice program
- CEU hours are
available
CEU
Training
Participants of training activities receive credentials that
are consistent with the ASLMS guidelines for training and are
compliant with the ANSI standards. A maximum of 8.0 CE contact
hours are awarded to registered nurses for completion of the
workshop. The other training products available to you are:

Staff Training
Laser Engineering offers
“Free Biomed Training” with each laser purchased at the home
office in
Franklin
,
TN. This two to
three day course will cover electrical, electronics, optical and
mechanical systems.
